With over 30 years of experience in leadership roles in complex corporate environments, I gained a reputation for supportive challenge and developing top talent. As a full-time internal coach, I appreciated the opportunity to extend my coaching skills further, both practically in individual and team coaching and academically, with the Henley MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change.
My clients describe my style are authentic, compassionate, engaging, supportive, challenging, positive, humourful, and flexible to their needs. I employ a variety of coaching approaches, flexibly adapting to my client's needs and situations.
