My Coaching Style
I'm a leadership coach with a calling to help leaders enhance the impact they have by becoming more socially intelligent. My Gestalt coaching approach focuses on developing strong relationships by enhancing awareness - of ourselves, of others, and of the relational contexts we operate within. My goal is to inspire change and drive growth by being more of who we are, rather than being different.
As a BPS chartered social psychologist with a PhD in the psychology of change from Cambridge, I have a deep understanding of how to facilitate greater inclusion, influence, and innovation. I have served leaders as a strategic thinking partner in a range of organisations, including the MoD, HM Treasury, Pfizer, private equity, hospitality, charities, and Canadian diplomats across Europe in the current climate. I also share my expertise in leadership and change through lectures on The Exeter MBA.
My style invokes a secure environment where individuals can examine and edit thinking habits, communication styles and decision-making strategies, all in alignment with their values. With a clear line of sight, great things can happen.

Testimonials
"I feel that she gets me and is able to really support me in finding solutions myself. Her questioning is exceptional. I feel like I’m having PT for my brain instead of my body! "
Clinical Learning Manager,

"I found it extremely helpful to be able to talk through my situation in a way that made it possible to pinpoint the most pressing themes/concerns. Our discussion helped me to find some agency.
Essentially, you helped me to cut through the ‘noise’ and find the clarity to sort out my thoughts and come up with my own solutions. I could not see the forest for the trees, and you helped me to do so."
Director of Migration Program Affairs

"Elicia has offered me some excellent coaching and 'wise council' which I have found extremely valuable. Her analysis of human behaviours and people dynamics particularly during group activities has been really insightful. I have enjoyed our 1-2-1 sessions and have adjusted my approach in particularly situations in light of Elicia's coaching. I hope they continue and believe that others would equally benefit"
