My Coaching Style

As an experienced coach with over 30 years of work in both large and small organisations across the private and third sectors, I am committed to creating a supportive and challenging environment that fosters growth and development in my coachees. My approach begins with a "chemistry session" that establishes clear objectives, boundaries, and preferred ways of working, ensuring that the coaching experience is tailored to each individual's needs.

Throughout my coaching programmes, I draw on a variety of techniques and tools to support my coachees in achieving their desired outcomes. And, in the interest of ensuring their comfort and progress, I consistently check in with them to ensure that they are comfortable with the approaches being used.

My own personal coaching experience, spanning over 20 years, has deepened my understanding of the emotional, psychological, and intellectual aspects of coaching. As a result, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insights into the coaching process, which enables me to better serve my coachees.

My approach is collaborative, adaptive, and designed to support the growth and success of each of my coachees. I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to achieve their goals and aspirations, and I am passionate about helping them realise their full potential.
