My Coaching Style

My overarching goal is to give busy, talented leaders a challenging but supportive environment to help them resolve those issues that are getting in their way or, to enhance those behaviours that will make them even more successful.

I am at my best when working with individuals and teams who want to raise their performance by understanding their behaviours and unblocking or redirecting their thinking. I believe that when the heart and the head are in sync, and there is motivation to act, great things will happen. I work with my clients to figure out what part (head, heart or motivation) needs attention and then help them find the path that is authentic to their unique situation.

I am both direct and supportive, challenging and caring. The experience is grounded in trust and enhanced by questions to uncover root causes so that they can move forward. We agree on activities to do between sessions as the real magic happens when people go back into their lives and experiment with different thoughts and new behaviours and often see much better outcomes.
