My Coaching Style

I am a coach passionate about helping people reach their full potential. My approach is to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I believe that effective coaching requires collaboration between the coach and the client. I am committed to being inquiring, supportive, and challenging when needed. I approach each client with an open mind, without judgment, and trust that every individual has the resources and expertise within themselves to succeed.

Clients must be willing to engage fully in the coaching process, take ownership of their growth, and understand that their personal development continues outside the coaching sessions. The key to success is the client's willingness to reflect on their experiences and explore their insights.

My coaching style is informed by my awareness of the role that culture and upbringing play in shaping personalities. I am mindful of cultural differences and help clients understand how these factors influence their decisions and behaviours. My goal is to support clients in their journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
