Here’s my simple offer, each month I have a few 60 minute slots where I’m offering up some one-on-one coaching sessions for £175 (GBP) each.
No commitment is required. Engage as you need. You might be surprised by what progress you can make.

What it is
Single Session Coaching is exactly what it sounds like: a coaching session that happens just once (there can be lots of once’s, but each is a once). It’s like speed-dating for your personal growth.
You get to talk to a professional coach who will help you set goals, gain clarity, and develop strategies to achieve success.
It’s quick, it’s effective, and it’s a great way to jump-start your personal development or to tackle that big issue that’s been on your mind.
What it isn’t
Single Session Coaching is not a magic pill that will solve all your problems.
It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution, and it’s not a replacement for long-term coaching or therapy.
It’s just one session, so you need to be clear about what you want to accomplish and be ready to take action on your own after the session.
How to make your session count
Come prepared: Think about what you want to achieve, what challenges you're facing, and what you're hoping to get out of the session. Be ready to share your thoughts and feelings with your coach.
Be open and honest: Single Session Coaching is a safe space where you can be yourself and talk about anything that’s on your mind. Your coach is there to listen, support, and guide you, so don’t hold back.
Take action: In your session you’ll likely identify some changes that you want to implement. It could be anything from journaling to taking a specific action. Whatever it is, make sure you follow through with it. The more you invest in your personal growth, the more you'll get out of it.
Have fun: Single Session Coaching is not meant to be a chore. It’s an opportunity to explore your potential, learn something new about yourself, and have fun in the process. So, relax, be yourself, and enjoy the ride.
Things You Should Know
Session Duration: Our Single Session Coaching lasts for up to 60 minutes. This is enough time to dive deep into your goals and challenges, and to create a plan of action to move forward. The session starts promptly at the scheduled time, so please make sure you are ready and available.
Payment Policy: Payment is required in full before the session can begin. You will receive a payment link after booking your session. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
No Cancellation Policy: Once you have booked a Single Session Coaching, there is a no-cancellation policy. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but please make sure you are committed to the session before booking it.
No Rescheduling within 48 Hours of Session: If you need to reschedule the session, you must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Any rescheduling within the 48-hour window will be considered a cancellation and you will not be refunded.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late to the session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. We suggest that you log in to the call at least 5 minutes before the session begins to avoid any technical difficulties or delays.
